Best Graduates is a graduate recruitment consultancy specialising exclusively in the recruitment of newly qualified and experienced graduates into permanent positions throughout the UK.

The Challenge
Best Graduates were using ACT as there recruitment database. They already had a basic recruitment website and were receiving hundreds of emails a day from prospective candidates. They were also getting 100's of applications to vacancies advertised through their website as they were conducting extensive advertising campaigns for their corporate clients. They received this information via email and entering the information into their existing system was taking around 4 hours a day so they needed a fully integrated solution to save time and cost and generally improve efficiency.
The Solution
Best Graduates had an eploy demonstration which showed them how all registrations and applications go straight into their recruitment database, completely eliminating the 4 hours of administration time they were currently spending. Best Graduates also identified extra potential with the system to integrate it with some of their client's websites so they could provide applicant tracking services.
They decided to have a complete redesign of their website while integrating the eploy recruitment features with it. The website was completely re-designed and fully integrated with eploy within 3 weeks.
