IC International

IC International Ltd is an international recruitment consultancy servicing Europe, the Middle East and Asia. They source mid to senior level ICT professionals from the Financial Services, Telecommunications and Energy & Utilities sectors.

The Challenge

They required a system that would enable them to work remotely and be fully supported in both their London office and their office in Bahrain.

They also wanted a website allowing both UK and international candidates to register and apply for jobs online but for clients to also be given limited access to their candidate database to search for suitable candidates themselves and post vacancies.

The Solution

After viewing eploy's international portfolio and speaking to some of our clients about their experiences, IC International decided to adopt eploy for both their back end recruitment software and their website. They required a seamless link between their offices and their website whether candidates registered in the UK or around the world.

The Result

IC International now enjoys a steady influx of quality candidates through their website who can log in to update their details and apply for jobs with all information being updated automatically in their recruitment system. Their clients can also search their candidate database and flag certain candidates that they are interested in for IC International to forward detailed candidate information to them and discuss their requirements in more detail.
