The Challenge
Innergy have offices strategically positioned around the UK and required a complete web-based network solution to enable their offices to work efficiently together as well as sharing data to increase placement opportunities.
They are a very successful company who required a scalable system that would assist their rapid expansion and streamline and synchronise the efforts of their consultants around the country. They actively promote remote working and chose eploy as it would help break the constraints of traditional recruitment software at minimum cost.
They also wanted to enhance their web presence with a complete online recruitment system linking directly with their recruitment software and offer additional services to their clients and candidates.
The Result
They adopted eploy as their recruitment software and the eploy website design and development team quickly discussed their ideas for additional services they could offer via their website. They decided to add the recruitment functionality that eploy offers such as candidate registration, job search & apply but also the ability for their clients to log in and search their candidate database themselves.
To help further increase confidence and communication they allowed their clients to sign up for their e-newsletter via the website, setting up a regular channel of communication.
