Eploy®'s vendor management software can be completely tailored to your working practices and will enable you to manage your preferred suppliers or master vendors with ease.

Eploy® allows you to quickly search your preferred suppliers as you enter a requirement and vendors are automatically matched using the skills & requirements in the vacancy with the types of candidate they have submitted and vacancies they have previously worked on. You can also apply custom searches such as radius searching based on location.

You can then allocate specific agencies from your preferred suppliers to each vacancy individually, by function or by tier level and send out a template correspondence informing them by email or SMS of the new requirement complete with detailed job specification and desired / required skill sets.

Your agencies can then log into the vendor area of your vendor management software to view details of vacancies assigned to them & put candidates forward with automatic intelligent CV data extraction and duplicate checking performed for example to handle commission allocation. You HR staff & line managers are notified by email / SMS for them to review the latest submissions. You can track candidates through the stages from acquisition through to interviewing and making an offer using eploy®'s unique work flow system.

If you wish, a master vendor can be granted limited access to eploy® via special pages, where they can also review submitted candidates and pre-screen them ready for you to review. The amount of control you allocate to master vendors is completely down to you. For example, you could allow them to input the initial requirement and select vendors for you, resulting in a shortlist of pre-screened candidates ready for your final review.

All charges and commission options are stored and managed by eploy® enabling you to make informed decisions based on candidate quality and cost.
