You can then allocate specific vendors from your preferred suppliers to each vacancy individually, by function or by tier level and send out a template correspondence informing them by email or SMS of the new requirement complete with detailed job specification and desired / required skill sets.
Consultants from your chosen suppliers can then log into the vendor area of your eploy® vendor management system to view details of vacancies assigned to them & put candidates forward for you & your client to review with automatic intelligent CV data extraction and duplicate checking performed for example to handle commission allocation.
You can set up branded mini-sites for your clients and track candidates through the stages from acquisition via online advertising to interviewing etc. using eploy®'s unique work flow system.
Your clients can be granted limited access to eploy® via branded client areas, where they can also review submitted candidates that you have pre-screened and further evaluate them. They can even flag candidates they are interested in and arrange interview times.
