I have never known in 23 years a service with no boundaries, all the team at eploy
are great when it comes to responding to new ideas, training and questions.
I sometimes call them with some unusual requests but they always come back to me
quickly and importantly answer the calls themselves. I love that, eploy® is our
business now.
By working in partnership with eploy® to continually develop and update our system
over the last 3-4 years, we have achieved considerable time and cost savings, management
benefits for the company and ultimately an improved service for our customers.
Vetting and short listing suitable applicants is now a faster and more efficient process
that results in very few phone calls from candidates as we drive everyone to our website to
register and apply for any vacancies they feel they qualify for.
This process has made huge savings for the business as we no longer
need an administrator in each of our 4 locations since all of our admin
is now done at Head Office from the same system and anyone can work on any
job from anywhere. I cannot begin to explain how much time this saves.
It has completely revolutionised the way they operate. Because the system and
website is one and the same it's simple to move consultants around and even home
working is a reality in our business now. They now have 24 hour access to the system
365 days a year from any fixed or mobile device with Web access, and can distribute
job alerts and CV's to potential candidates at a moment's notice. All information
can be traced and tracked making candidate management straightforward and responsive.
It also allows the company to open new locations very quickly without the need for
onsite or networked databases.
Our people know they can access the system from smart-phones and just the fact
they know they can is a great benefit. I, for instance sent an SMS to fifty people
from our system for a job at 8pm from the pub the other night from my iPhone.
We are a great advocate of online recruitment software and have worked with
eploy® for over four years to establish our online strategy and we now plan to
further develop our interactive services to help generate increased revenue.
