I have never known in 23 years a service with no boundaries, all the team at eploy
are great when it comes to responding to new ideas, training and questions.
I sometimes call them with some unusual requests but they always come back to me
quickly and importantly answer the calls themselves. I love that, eploy® is our
business now.
By working in partnership with eploy® to continually develop and update our system
over the last 3-4 years, we have achieved considerable time and cost savings, management
benefits for the company and ultimately an improved service for our customers.
Vetting and short listing suitable applicants is now a faster and more efficient process
that results in very few phone calls from candidates as we drive everyone to our website to
register and apply for any vacancies they feel they qualify for.
This process has made huge savings for the business as we no longer
need an administrator in each of our 4 locations since all of our admin
is now done at Head Office from the same system and anyone can work on any
job from anywhere. I cannot begin to explain how much time this saves.
It has completely revolutionised the way they operate. Because the system and
website is one and the same it's simple to move consultants around and even home
working is a reality in our business now. They now have 24 hour access to the system
365 days a year from any fixed or mobile device with Web access, and can distribute
job alerts and CV's to potential candidates at a moment's notice. All information
can be traced and tracked making candidate management straightforward and responsive.
It also allows the company to open new locations very quickly without the need for
onsite or networked databases.
Our people know they can access the system from smart-phones and just the fact
they know they can is a great benefit. I, for instance sent an SMS to fifty people
from our system for a job at 8pm from the pub the other night from my iPhone.
We are a great advocate of online recruitment software and have worked with
eploy® for over four years to establish our online strategy and we now plan to
further develop our interactive services to help generate increased revenue.

The vendor selection process was influenced by the capability of the software package to meet
and manage the development of a companywide talent pool. The requirements of the business meant
that we needed a solution integrating an applicant tracking system with recruitment and
HR management reporting tools.
A combination of applicant tracking software and traditional recruitment software was required; we process 1000s
of CVs every month and recruit between 50-100 staff. We did not want a combination of disparate software products
that do not communicate transparently to one another. eploy® overcomes this and was the successful bidder.

We reviewed the market for software providers operating in the Vendor
Management System (VMS) space and after narrowing our search we opted to progress with eploy®.
The choice of software partner was important to Advantage's proposal as it required flexibility to adapt to the
client's needs. In addition, as the responsibility for maintaining all information relating to the client's contingent workforce
was to sit with Advantage, the software also needed to produce reports that would
stand up to the client's stringent auditing programme
We included the standard features in our proposal but this soon changed following T-Systems' request for

As a public sector organisation, we have a strict procurement policy which required us to review several
different recruitment software providers. We elected to partner with eploy® for a number of reasons, namely the

and responsiveness that made eploy® standout from the crowd.
At the time eploy® was the only company offering an ASP solution and that
was also willing to customise its system and create key tools to suit our specific

The website is very user-friendly and now the majority of our registrations come

We selected eploy® because we found the layout of the screens and the functionality
the easiest to use. It is also a well-established system that is efficient, easily
accessible and cost effective to deploy as no third party software is required to
access the system via the Internet, whereas the others were either showing their age
or were still in a development phase. The final reason was that eploy®'s system came
at an attractive price; it wasn't the cheapest, but because it is offered as a service
and charged monthly so there was no large initial outlay.
We restricted its initial use to the HR department, but, due to its easy
access & the mobility of using an online system, plan to extend it to our managers.
Since adopting eploy®'s system, we have also been able to easily
manage the increased numbers of unsolicited CV's we now receive on a daily basis

Over the past three years, the company has expanded and recently opened its

Eploy has been fundamental to the key process of the Student Employment Agency. As we are quite
different to a high street agency particularly when it comes to our requirements it has been very
beneficial to our team how eploy have given us the tailored- made customised experience rather than
a standardised approach that might not be suitable for the SEA.

One of the most attractive features of eploy®'s recruitment software is that
it is able to address our company's need for mobility. As an IT organisation it
was important that the system we adopted fitted our culture, and this meant
delivering flexibility with secure access from multiple locations across the UK.

Our recruitment team deal with up to 600 CV's each week. From these, we need to

Graduate Opportunities system. They were more like part of the internal team rather
than an outsourced software provider.
