A centralised database has been created for all CV's and contact history including salary expectations, contract rates and interview performance, to allow the business to find, engage and recruit the right calibre of staff as efficiently and quickly as possible.

eploy® reduces the need for filing CV's and allows us to track where candidates come from. This is important for internal referral schemes where we have to know if a candidate was recommended from someone internally or whether they came from an external source as both incur a fee. In the past the only record of this was emails and it was difficult and time consuming to manage.

We selected eploy® because we found the layout of the screens and the functionality the easiest to use. It is also a well-established system that is efficient, easily accessible and cost effective to deploy as no third party software is required to access the system via the Internet, whereas the others were either showing their age or were still in a development phase. The final reason was that eploy®'s system came at an attractive price; it wasn't the cheapest, but because it is offered as a service and charged monthly so there was no large initial outlay.

Since adopting eploy®'s system, we have also been able to easily manage the increased numbers of unsolicited CV's we now receive on a daily basis as a result of the economical downturn; this is proving significant as it is enabling our business to build a substantial candidate database for the future.
